My wife got out of the Dooper tonight and the fan didn't stop for about 5 mins after she'd switched off, got out and locked it.

Only done 100 miles since new - any need to worry?

I have a feeling I noticed the same when I first had mine (my Cooper has only done 750mi). Seemed to go a lot longer than the R50 One did. I don't think it's a problem but I'm far from knowledgeable!

Thanks guys - yeah the driving more gently part makes sense as she wouldn't have pushed the car at all last night. I'll keep an eye on it.

    Thanks for the replies.

Any more views on this as I have noticed the Cooper D CM doing this as well. Car has now done 3500 miles.

    Thanks

Wee update - just hit the 1000 and does it much less, although still does it.
