Damage From Pothole

    Anyone tried to make a claim to there council for pothole damage?

    You will need to get photographs of the pothole before you contact them, otherwise they will have it filled in immediately you complain and then they will agrue about when the damage happened. That was our experience in East Lothian. In the end I thought it was more bother than it was worth.

    It's a pain in the backside and will take forever and they will probably use a loop hole to get out of it.
