    Hi Guy's.
I have recently bought a Cooper S which has a HK stereo upgrade. Im looking to upgrade the headunit to my Alpine IDA-X100. The question im asking is how do i get the old one out? And which wiring harness should i get?
    Any help would appreciated
    Thank you.

See this fitting guide courtesy of our ICE Guru Mikey ;thumbs up:

Although i doubt you can fit a head unit to the HK set up, i think you'll have to disable it, but, ask Mikey or post in his forum

Was speaking to Iain at Audio Advice regarding this. He mentioned it can be done though you need to manually bypass the amp, I think, in order to get it to work. It isn't a plug and play like you can do with the ordinary sound system
