    just put on genuine bmw mini discs and pads on the front of the wifes mini 2 weeks ago and the pedal still soft ,do u think they need a bleed, its had the fluid done b4 .34,000 mls on a 53 plate

    I did the discs and pads on mine last year and gave them a wee bleed off to make sure any air was out defo sounds like that could be the problem
