    Hi all,

Well, the missus got me an HD lance for Christmas! Only trouble is when I used it, I got soaked as it seems to have a leak. Where the large plastic "nut" bit is, the water leaks back towards me. Is something just need tightening and can I do that or am I better returning it for a new one?

    Any suggestions welcome!

i would just return it under faulty goods.

They will either replace or repair, just aslong as you copy the reciept of payment date.

There should be a warranty on it for this kinda thing.

    Hi Euan

That happened to mine not long after I got it. It was a crack in the small rubber seal.
Polished bliss offered to send me a new seal or I could get a whole new unit.
To save hassle I just got them to send a new seal through and its been great ever since.
Might be a different problem with yours though but I would call them as they are very good at sorting problems out.

Thanks Ian, will give them a ring. I've only been able to use it once what with all the snow, and that wasn't that successful after I discovered my hose had frozen solid and the builders had thrown away the tap attachment! Mind you, they did run me in a hot tap into the garage for car washing ;-)
