Not Stouffer - I've seen this car a few times and it's an 53 plate so it's too young. I think GAJ has seen Stouffer around Corstorphine.

I seen the Anstruther lookalike a couple of weeks ago at the harbour - thought it was Stouffer as well. At that point Tricia reminded me that I was getting carried away with all this MINI spotting :)
