    Hi folks. Just back from Douglas Park's (yet again!) and this time they put my key into some detector thing! The girl behind the desk was v. busy, so didn't get a chance to ask exactly what she was doing! What was she doing? I'm presuming it gives her some information about the car, but what exactly? Ta

    It tells them the mileage of the car and how many miles is due until the cars next service.

    Yes, lots of info is stored on the key. Technology is a wonderful thing until it goes wrong
