I don't think you will be able to get them with MINI in red, but you can get std white ones and get a paint sprayer to do the red bit. The covers are very cheap (only about a tenner for the pair) from a MINI Dealer.
Cooper Chick I think did that with hers but had MINI in Blue.
You could also get them plain and get a vinyl cut "MINI" on them. I have a set and it works a treat . Alternatively go to you local craft shop (Or B&Q) and get letters and stick them on, B&Q will have all weather ones for you front door so they'd probably last a lot lot longer.
