04 EB 'S' STIRLING AREA

    First spotted and flashed about 8pm last night near Stirling Uni. Got a wave back as well :)

    Then about half an hour later got a flash back off the same car in Bannockburn

    Anyone here know who it is?

    I saw an EB/black roof S in that area on Weds.
