I got a couple parts from S&I thomson in Galashiels last week and they were cheaper than any other breaker. They had the parts off ready waiting on the counter for me arriving as well which was good.

You could also try AG Watson at Inverkeithing or Overton in Aberdeen.

AG Watson don't have anything in, I'll try Overton. Thanks

Overton do have a quite few mini's - I was out yesterday. But they are pretty clueless and service is....well, i wouldn't call if efficient or friendly!

Still, can put up with that if you get what you need!

The service at Thomson in Gala is always pretty much spot on. I prefer to go in though as you can see the car that the parts are from then they will get the car down and remove the parts for you if you want to come back.

Did AG Watson not have any MINIs?

i called them and they said they have no mini's, cooper s engine lying but nothing else.

i will be in Aberdeen on monday so i may pop into Overton...i need to get a couple of bonnets, headlamps etc....joys of motorsport!
