Just wanted to let people know that BMW seems to have redesigned the windscreens in at least the MCS due to there being possibly a fault in the strength/design earlier on.

Unfortunately SatTv is on hold as I'm having to find that amount every month to keep a flat in London where I do half my work which is a bit of a shame - not forgotton though...

The crack apeared from the drivers side A-pillar on the bottom right of the screen and grew diagonally up. They tried to say it was a stone chip but it was inside the glass and I wasn't being fobbed off. The screen I got is supposedly the first in the UK of the new kind and it does look different - in particular the black bits round the edges look stronger/reinforced. I wouldn't let them fob you off with Autoglass as they tried with me!
