Well I looked at the new Clubman S - almost got it....But this jumped out at me and the dealer made me an offer I couldn't refuse

Could get quite interesting with a few mods - having looked at the website, can't believe how low the price is

Does it have the CS pack on it?

Thanks Steve,

The GXP comes with the "club sport" package that is optional on the base model. The "GXP Club Sport" package is special order only and you have to delete everything else ( air con, radio, etc... ) - Mine does NOT have the GXP Club Sport package.

It has:
2.0L turbo ( 260hp / 260 torque )
5sp manual trans
limited slip differential
dual exhaust ( ? )
stabilitrack ( abs, cbc, etc...)
full leather interior
18" wheels - chrome....
air con ( it gets HOT here )
6 disk "monsoon" radio.....

Plus alot of other boring stuff

I can't wait to get it all broken in --- have to wait till 500 miles before I can take it up to redline....I am at 175 mile now...

The wife has a Yukon XL for when we all have to go someplace - or when I take the kids camping - but that 6.0L motor really loves the taste of gas...

When i was in the states last year we (me Julie) had a serious look at many Solstice motors.
They are fantastic and the pictures don't do them justice, didn't take one for a drive, but, the turbo model is very nice, as for teh price, cheap as chips compared to the UK market.
But then, that was the same for most BMW's, what i paid in UK Pounds you pay for in US Dollars for the same M3 or equivalent model

See, now, that's a much nicer nose.
