I take it you took a test drive in an S. How did you find it compared with your Cooper? Did you also test a new Cooper, if so how did that compare with the S?

Ken - had a shot of an S last year when i got dunedins coutesy ashtray S for a few days - liked the overall increase in power but did miss that 2 stroke motorbike style burst of power at 4000rpm.

Never test drove a new cooper as reckoned with residuals and the like i was never going to get this kinda opportunity to save this kinda money again so went for the S anyway!
