You cant upload pics to NewMiniScotland. What to do is stick them on a pic hosting site like www.photobucket.co.uk, then link to them from here using the Image button above the text entry box.
If you need more of a step-by-step guide, let me know.

the other way (as I use the quick reply box a lot) is to copy and paste the URL into the box and just put [IMG]your URL here!![/IMG]
Or, if your still stuck, hit reply to a post that includes a photo and nick the code (I did that for 6 months...)
