    electric blue with union jack roof and a white number plate screw-cap accidentally causing the 6 to look like a C (S COOPER) ...

    Dunno who it is but I remember seeing this car myself a few months back.
    Occasional MINI driver....... but mostly Uma Thurman ;0)

    I think that is one of a dealer plate from one of the BMW dealer, that if i can remember that is true.
