Choked up with the cold the last couple of days so might need to play this one by ear. Don't want to infect everyone (don't worry - it's definitely the cold!).

Fingers crossed for the weather on Sunday. Forecast looks a bit changeable, which is my excuse for not washing the motor. Today has been glorious in Fife. Real taps aff weather.

Such a great day today ,nice turnout and good to put names and faces together,big thanks to Ali for organising and for everyone who turned out for today’s run and great to catch up with Chloe and Lynn and what’s more surprising is that lunch changed from fish and chips to a rather lovely Chinese :popcorn:
