your local touristy type shop - buy one on a wooden stick for £1 - slip off the stick and over your aerial - sorted :D

If you cant get one I do have a small foam saltire which doesn't fit over my arial, that is, after John fits the new one :p:p:D:D. Free to good home - better than in my glove box.
