Yeah done that tint before. Also done midnight and that worked to. Limo is too dark - Greig will testify to that ;)
I'm not keen on tints Barry as I think it makes it look too much like a van.....sorry:frown: but hey you go for it :thumbs up:
A light tint on the back looks good. Don't go dark though.
Here's a before and after of my tints if it helps.

My Mini came with the tinted rear windows and I think it just finishes the car off. I don’t actually like the without look at all. It just takes away that wee bit more from the plain look to me.
What shade r your tints? They look 35% dark. Very nice finish!!
It was just called 'Midnight' on the tint chart - was one step up from Limo tint.
Loving that Baz!!
Just get a set of blinds. A lot easier and can sell on / use again. Although I took the blinds route that was because getting tints wasn't an option as company motor.
What does it cost for the 3 rear Windows to be done?
Are there any issues with the rear screen heater and the tint?
Is this something insurance companies need to be told?
No issues with element on any cars I've had tinted from factory or aftermarket - temp change is actually pretty minimal and the film will take more heat abuse from sunlight I'd imagine.
Costs range from £100-£150 for B pillers back.
In the baking heat of a Scottish summer the heating element of a rear window wont be as much as the direct sunlight
Thanks. Might go for this in a few months.
