Paul, one thing to bear in mind.... The Mini Clan have their Thistle Run usually on the last Sunday in May. This year it clashed with MINI 50 so we couldn't go. But it's usually a popular run for NMS'ers.

This sounds amazing, the weekend of the 22/23/24 May work perfectly for me so count us in again.

Going plan it better this time and make sure I get dog friendly places to sleep rather than leave it at the last moment to go on the run.

Good idea, We never used the posher option this year as we thought it was a 4 am rise for day 2, had we know it was pushed back we would have gone B&B/hotel. Think a normal day 2 and day 3 rise would be better, not too late but even a 7.30-8.00 start would suit most.

Just been told of a slight shift patern change for next year, and guess what now offshore now from the 19th May (my birthday) to the 2nd June, gutted. I am now in a cream puff, sometimes I hate offshore work. Also go offshore on my daughters Birthday, :argh::argh::argh::argh:

only good thing is the clan Thistle Run will be at the begining of
