Well, tonight hit a new low for me and the PS3 network.
I know i keep complaining about it, but, it's an absolute disgrace that given the recent hacking of their system Sony did not address the obvious lag issues that blight the online play.
Getting annihilated in every game it's very frustrating knowing that i'm not that bad, so, decided to bail out of tonight's session, I really like the banter etc with the NMS folks, but, i hooked up the Xbox and the new cable that connects the Turtle Beach headset and had a few games.
Trust me, this was instantly far better game play.
So, for me from now on it's very likely i'll be on the Xbox :sad:
Oh, should have mentioned, i also downloaded the new map pack :knife:

i may well have to get a copy for the x-box and see what its like im shure i could get used to it but do like the banter of the NMS crew

Ha Ha. Yeah. Have been a bit slack about getting the Xbox setup. I've said it all along though that the PS3 has the better spec but the 360 runs far better in nearly all aspects. What adaptor do you get for running the turtle beach? Can you post a link etc?Quote:

Excellent fun tonight guys. Loved the gun games. Shot of the night (for me) has to be that grenade thrown onto the platform that guy was camping on. Saw his rifle barrel sticking out past the door frame, and his poorly placed claymore in front of the door. Decided to throw a cheeky grenade onto the guys platform and it stuck right in front of him. Just at that point, Zimbo walks past me and sees that I threw a grenade, and Gismo (looking from underneath the platform) sees the grenade land next to him too.

Zimbo I dont have an X box, the only reason I bought a PS3 was because you lot raved on about how great it was ans so much better than an X box. Like you I cant afford both, and also like you I'm crap at the game too (sorry LOL) Im on for the banter.
