I know some of you may have canceled pre-orders from Game as they ship via Royal mail, I got an email from them yesterday saying my pre-order had been upgraded from standard delivery to courier. Just in case any of you are still thinking of ordering it from them. Day of release for me, Woo Hoo, can't wait. :D

Should be day of release for me too. No point in pre-ordering from Game as all the couriers in Gala come from Edinburgh/Carlisle area so they're usually here in the afternoon when I'm at work so I'm just gonna pop into Gamestation or Tesco's and buy it over the counter.

Received confirmation from Play.com that they are using a courier, will have it on the day of release :D

Well mine better be here early on 10th or the day before or there is going to be trouble!!! Just gotta decide if I'm going to go straight online 1st or am I going to do the single player game 1st like I did with COD 4... :rolleyes:

I'll no doubt end up going online coz Its the first time I can think of that a game has been released symultaneously (spelling...) globally!!! so it should be great. :D

I have read some where that some shops had been selling copies already and that illegal copies had been seen on the go, and apparently there are going to be a whole load of bannings of those who have been doing this... That will teach them :Whistle:

I get home on the 12th and meant to be playing pool at night :argh: but will be up bright and early friday morning for a shotty.................but, away at a pool tournament that weekend :eek: so it'll be monday night before i'm back online

And I will only be playin till Sunday as off 2 Jamaica for 2 weeks so u will all get a good head start on me :-( but shure I will catch u all up

Ok, I was speaking to Zimbo tonight and mentioned I got an email saying my copy of MW2 has been dispatched via courier. So That means it could be here, tomorrow, sat or even monday.

Zimbo did say something about Infinity Ward banning users using before release date. I've checked this out and that applies only to people using a pirated copy on the 360. For anyone who has managed to get an early retail copy they will reset the leaderboard on the Nov 10th.

So just a heads up, if you get it before the 10th then no point uping the ranks as you'll be set to 0 on the 10th. Private games anyone? :p:D

well i think you will find its on a 2 day if not to be deliverd on the 10th it wont be a sat delivery as that costs a lot and they would not do that for free any way going online now

In MW2, This YouTube footage is causing a bit of controversy.:eek:

It seems in one of the gameplay missions you take the role of a terrorist shooting innocent people in an attack on an airport. Clearly John Smeaton wasn't on hand.

People need to remember this is just a GAME sheesh.... :rolleyes:

I read in another site, cant remember where, that apparently there is something at the beginning of the game or something where it says = 'some content in this game may be inapropriate or offensive' then you get the choice to either include it or exclude it, I think thats the jist of it! So its each to there own, I know I'll be going for the WHOLE game experience :D, speaking of which I just checked my games tracking code and its left the depot and is now out for delivery :clap: :clap: woo hoo...
