It's apparently something to do with improving security etc etc etc... :rolleyes:

They're speculating that the hackers may have had access to personal information. In most cases this isn't an issue but if you've bought from the PSN store then I'd keep a close eye on your credit card statement. They're also saying that it may be down for several more days.
Worst part is that I'm off today and next monday, on top of that Sarah's taken Logan down to see her parents as I have a game on. Bloody network is down!!! Typical.

I could never get the PSN to accept my payment card anyway, so I don't think they even have my card details.:confused:

I did once, but that'll be my downfall.
Even if you paid on the PS3 website it still stores your details within your account.
I still can't believe that it's still down and Sonys silence on the matter is very worrying. With any luck this re-build they're talking about will be more stable than the last with less disconnections!
