Newcomer from Glasgow

Hey just thought I'd introduce myself . I joined the Facebook group about 5 years ago when I bought an old r50 cooper that was horrendous but loved it all the same . Recently bought this r55 after being on BMW or VW for years . Absolutely loving it and got quite a few plans for it. Is currently not the cleanest ( was only £1500 ) but is the ideal running project for me .
Plans for now
. Making custom spotlights using 5.5" drl motorbike headlights and 3d printing some housings
. Sort the rust spots on bonnet and rear doors and respray those
. Full strip down of suspension , blast and repaint and polybush ( I have a donor r56 so I'm not leaving the clubman sat cut )
. Replace front seats with recaro sportster cs ( from Corsa vxr) and retrim in dark brown leather with houndstooth centres
. Dpf and egr delete , remap and timing chain etc

Hopefully will keep me busy the next few months

Aww haha those seats are just the colour scheme they are going , mine are just recaro Sportsters but are sat bare the now half trimmed .
