Puddle Lights/LEDs under door & dash

The lights, which infact are LEDs, under the door when open and in the foot wells.....how do you remove/change them :confused:

Its an 05 plate and i cant seem to get into them, does the little lense thing come of as it does move to the side or you you actualy have to remove the door trim, same with under the dash in the foot wells, i can get into them from above but there aint enough room to get a hold of the LED. I dont want to force the lense incase its not actualy ment to come off and break it lol!
