interior arm rest thing

Been Minis before, as they have an emotional attachment.......but been in a TT for the last 18 months.............contemplating, just contemplating at the moment, but have seen a red JCW and have an email in to query it......but Ive noticed in the personalised video they have sent me a small bit of wear on the red door handle thing on the drivers side, not the actual door HANDLE but the bit below it, like the arm rest, I dont know its right term.........anyway, is this easily fixed, either by them, or if they cant can it be fixed?
