Right, who has theirs up.
Just put ours up and Jason is outside in the peeing rain and howling wind putting the outside lights up!
Looks good and feel much more Christmassy:D

Way too early. Just because the Council have put theirs on, doesn't mean that the house ones go on.
And decorating houses is just plain tacky in my book.

Jason to early for the lights and tree's your going to bring bad luck to your house  never heard of the twelve days of Christmas.
Leaving it closer to Christmas to put lights up I found always adds the the build up for the kids. But in this modern day and age tradition often goes out the window.:D

Don't get me wrong, I like Christmas, but this over blown hyped up marketing driven holiday we have now is awful, and spoils it for me.

S'not fair! I didnae win the competition to have the client with the first tree up:(;). We're Christmas eve'ers - up on 24th and doon on the 5th (ower much a grip - think o the electric). Some houses look quite nicely decorated but agreed others are down right tacky. There's a flat on the Stonehaven Road and Oh my god it has got to be an olympic medalist in bad taste category. Mind you to be fair to them, they have been quite restrained this year, didn't put the tat up till November. Last year they were all glitzed up before halloween :clown::blackeye:
