I know ive had this for a couple of months now but I finally gave it a good clean (wheels off, seats out, carpets out) so I brought it back out the garage and took a couple of snaps and thought I would share them with you all.
Ive just had a new clutch fitted to her as well as new front subframe mounts, new front tyres, and bottom ball joints repaired. Car drives great now and is super quick.
I think it is the same colour as the Monte Carlo edition that came out in 1996 although this is a 2000, the car is fully standard and is as it came from the factory. I was also told that this colour may be the same one as was used on the original morris mini.

Correct colour name is Rover "Almond green". Austin / Morris also used "Almond Green" on 60's Minis. Hope this helps
