buying a used mini( WARRANTY TRANSFER)

When you buy a used mini still under warranty, does the remaining warranty and tlc just transfer on to the new owner automatically?

yes it dose i have had 2 nd hand minis now u both with the TLC what is left of the warranty if more the 12 months if less u get 12 month warranty
