HELPPPPPP

Just put car into JC's today.

I knew the clutch was pretty poor , it slipped in 2nd and 3rd gear!

Got a call to fix it.. £760 for parts, VAT and labour.

OMG am I cheap or is that not expensive.

Where can I go thats cheaper???????????:disapprove:

Most independent garages would be about half that price. What about Davidson's in Turriff?

well it is £170 for the cluch from bmw if u are having 2 pay the lot then why not get a up rated on from lothen or mini sport

saved 400 quid dudes!

Believe it or not clutch is only £145, rest is labour... i have got somewhere in Altens where they do scoobys for 400 quid ish....not bad eh.

I can breath again:)

Your car has got the old style gearbox Im sure so therefor 3Hours is plenty time to replace the clutch;)

well old / new gearbox style...still costing me cash that I wont see any benefit from apart from of course the car driving normal ..

Might start looking for a new mini after xmas,
