How long to SP30's :dead: stay on you licence for and what do you need to do too remove them when that time comes...:question:

valid for three years but stays on your licence for four;)

Its out of date /not valid ...but still on your licence (you Can pay to get it removed I think ),some insurers keep it on record for a further year.

If you get caught speeding in the 4th year do they not re-intate the points so you'd have 6 not just 3?

If you have had a Bacon roll on the morning of your offence you get away with it. Or if you know the secret hand shake..

I don't think they can re-instate your Previous offences.
