New S Vs Clio 197

Well had a quick browse through EVO (I think it was) and they had a test between the new S and the new Clio 197 sport and the S came out on top by half a star, but a wins a win in my book :D

I cant wait till the launch so i can find out for myself... Clare you'll need to put me down for roadtesting the cooper & the S, maybe twice for the S :D then I can FINALLY make my mind up whether I like the new MINI or not. :D:blackeye:

a mate test drove the new clio and the new astra vxr and in his opinion the wear both no match even for the r53 S he has and the clio felt too light and skittish and the astra while scry scary fast was a beast for torqe steer and the suspeion wasnt up to the job on it

HAVE LOOKED AT THE NEW CLIO IT FEELS REALLY CHEAPLY BUILT COMPARED TO THE MINI.... LOOKS GOOD THOUGH, ROLE ON THE NEW CIVIC TYPE R
