The car is based on the Smart forfour fitted with lowered suspension and a 177bhp 1.5 Turbo engine. This delivers 0-62 in 6.9 secs (0-60 in 6.7).

Chances are if you see one of these anywhere in the North East it'll be me. There's only 3 in this area of Scotland I believe

Pretty much, but the Colt is a good car so that's not such a bad thing.
I think there'll be a 'tuned' Colt out soon, basically a mini Evo, should raise the profile of the Colt.

Nah, not for me. I don't like the front lights at all, and the shape of the car in general.
I like the interior and the wheels though.
10/10 for originality though.

Mine cost 11,800 on a 55 plate with 9k miles, it has the SatNav, Auto lights + wipers over and above the normal Brabus spec. It was 19,500 brand new

That's a bonnie car. Doesnt look in the slightest related to SMART cars. I think they're bogging. Does the interior have the same nice smell as a new cooper? I know that's a pretty dumb question but have twice driven new astras and they had a really horrible cheap plastic smell. Last hired car I had, the absence of a cheap stink was my only spec request.

Paul, that's probably one of the best Smart cars I've ever seen. I had the misfortune of having a Smart For Four Automatic as a courtesey car from John R Weir Mercedes. Hated it. Gave you whiplash when it changed gear. Looked and felt crappy and cheap.
Yours looks much nicer, coded all round, aero kits, spoilers etc. Very nice indeed.:approve::approve::approve::D

Angus, 206 front, not sure what you mean?
The interior has a doggy smell now, at least in the boot. However it did smell of leather when we got it. I'd pretty much agreed to buy the car before seeing it and I made the mistake of looking at the low spec forfour, I was very disappointed, horrible and cheap..
When I did see the Brabus version though I was made up, the seats are excellent and the SatNav is great, it'll even track your position when you loose a GPS signal. Can't fault the amount of kit on the car, but cruise would have been nice. The steering wheel is a work of art.
It's the best 12k I've ever spent, however if there's a need for a second car then the new MINI is still on my list. Not sure which car will be Jackie's though :D

Bloody hell, the last owner must have had a heart attack when they traded in. Looks good though VB.
