Just a quick, and probably stupid, question. Does going over your service due indicator slightly affect the warranty:question: The wee display was saying 300 miles till my service right before an...enthusiastic :D drive through to Glasgow froms Stirling the other day. The next time I was in the car it said 100 miles so it seems the 45 miles at pace weren't all that good for it. :dead:

Anywho, as a result I've just booked in for a service and it's not till the 30th December. You'll all notice this is after the runs, hence my concern. :( Any advice you have would be appreciated.

My dealer said you could go over by up to 1000miles. Since you're already booked in I don't see a problem.

I wouldn't worry about it. I went in for my 10K service at 7K and looks like I'll be getting the 25K at 22K. Nobody said anything. It's down to individual driving style...I thrash the arese of it most of the time:D

I ain't worried aboout goin' in early Mo. I'm goin in at 9300 for my 10000. I'm just worried if the warranty people would say "Well we would normally replace that but you came in 300 miles late for your first service so your warranty is void."

big col i worry about it you first service 10k the next one is 25k, as long as you get them service a round them miles you will be ok, for warranty.
