How did you get on?

Did it sell quickly?

How did you sell it?

Did it get the amount you thought it would get?

I'm seeing ZERO evidence that this car is in demand or that it retains significantly more value than any other car.

I *think* the figures are skewed because most MINI's are heaped full of options. The car mags look at what they're selling for and think they're holding their value well, when they're not really.

I've learned 2 lessons.
*Never buy a new car. I should have given £4800 to charity and kept my old one. Would have been far more satisfying. Or just leased - that would have been much less hassle and maybe cost less too.*I should have got an S with no options rather than a Cooper for the same price with options.

Rob, selling secondhand is very difficult. A lot of people will go to a dealer as they can sort out finance. As for options only a few are actually worth anything when it comes to reselling.

Having the same mate. Bar a few chancers offering lower spec cars. No real interest at the moment.

Well i had to give up in the end and give it to a dealer.

£200/month depreciation is painful to put it mildly.

NEver buying a new car again, its insane. :(
