Actually, that was the highlight of my working day when I worked at the BBC - you could read all the complaints on the internal web site - some were brilliant.

One of my favourites was - "The newsreaders tie clashed with his shirt and this annoyed me"

You should have seen the amount of complaints about Kaplinzky on breakfast...
