Methinks with all these mods you're doing you would have been cheaper buying a fully specced motor :p
As for the air con retro fit, hmm, that's gonna be a lengthy and expensive conversion, but, i don't know for sure :I

I asked whilst speccing it up and they said no it isn't, im sure it could be done, as could anything be done but getting a dealer, or garage for that matter willing to take the job on and having it done to proper standards and functionality i doubt would be possible. Something to do with where the systems parts are all located etc

i think you would need to change all the pulleys and such like on the side of the engine as well.
And prob the heater matrix.
