Looking to lower my mini have the springs and all the stuff my spring lower "up to" 60mm but how much would you recommend to lower it? I have 17's on it the now and i really dont want the wheels rubbing. Have been told that i can get my arches rolled aswell.
Any advice would help?
And can anyone recommend anyone that would be able to fit them.
Cheers 8).

30 - 35 mm I would say and would depend on the wheel and tyre as well ..if you have a kit fitted it might rub if you go lower .Also if you have passengers in the back you might hear some rubbing from the rear ,and if you have standard shocks ,they might not last that long after lowering

If you're lowering the car at all and intend to carry rear seat passengers you'll have to fit adjustable suspension as ther rears will rub with the load.
Even more so if you change the wheels with a different offset
