Quite a few selling them legit but putting a big markup on them... Seem to go for 26-30 grand. May be a con also though :p

The last few that I have seen on ebay were pulled at the request of BMW, but they were promising to get the first registered owner listed as the winning bidder which BMW wont let you do, be interesting to see what happens.

The CooperS GPs must be registered to the Customers name which was on the Allocation Form which we/the dealer filled out when the £1000 deposit was paid.

MINI wont allow any changes at this stage. Anyone who has paid a deposit who requests for the registration details to be changed, will have their deposit to be returned and the car would go to the next person on MINI UK's waiting list. Or they can keep the Car but it MUST be registered in their own details. They can then sell it, but only as a used car.
