Radford Mini ,modified the classic mini ,the new one has 265bhp, inside the cabin has been retrimmed with red/black Alcantara seats and deep-pile carpets.....plus breaks struts etc

They're made by Konig, there's at least one mini in Glasgow with them ( registration P2 UNK, pretty cool), they look so cool on a black car.
