Hey all,

I got my Plaid checkmate style bonnet & boot stripes over the last week.

They really stand out!!:cool:

Hey now, I do the best I can with my limited knowledge of the "old country":D

Great Grandpa was to busy teaching us youngins how to farm, hunt and fish. He didn't spend much time on the difference between plaids and tartans:D

So youall will have to bear with me for a while untill I learn the difference:cool:

Plaid could be correct ,as its something made of Tartan material draped over something eg ..shoulder........(my dad had one when he played in the Pipe Band ).
We would call it tartan stripes tho!!

I like those! :D Love to see something unique added to a mini, that's why we all love our cars so much.
