whats the story with ebay 2nd chance is was bidding on 3 bullet alloys on ebay never won now i get an email saying do you want ? do you think 110 for 3 alloys with no tyres is ott and where do you get cheap runflats anyway

2nd cahnce offers are incase the buyer did'nt get intouch with the seller, he can offer them to you, saves re-listing when someone was already interested but out bid.
Seems a little steep, but if they are whatyou need then 110 is ok

Been there , had it often when bidding for items,take it or leave it ..all depends how much you want it ...me ...ram it, or take my original offer

Also, scammers come in behind the auction and hack into the guys account and offer the second chance offer.
If they are what you want, use the contact seller option to confirm etc etc

I was watching that item as well. Never bid though. I think he was getting them bid up a bit as it was far too early for him to contact you with a second chance offer all ready.

I had that happen recently - was the winning and only bidder for 98% of the auction - all of a sudden i'm outbid with a few hours to go.....few bids later and I gave in - then lo and behold a 2nd chance offer. I told the seller that I would have won the auction at the starting price and if they wanted me to accept then that was my offer - needless to say they re-listed them and then I forgot to watch the 2nd auction 8)
