ouch.... why do people do this!!!

Time for my rant!!! Why do people go and key other peoples cars!!! My car got the treatment with someones trusty key last Sunday, about a 7-8 inch scratch right down to the metal :(... Thank god its just one of the doors and not the whole side of the car, but still gonna need a respray... Attached pics of the damage.

Oh how i would love to find the **** who did this, the car was parked right outside my house on Sunday, so someone who was walking past decided to leave their mark on my car.

I hate it when people do this to others cars!! Here in town about a year ago some high school kids ( 16-18 yrs old ) - drove around a neiborhood and shot out car windows with a pellet gun. I think it something over 100 cars damaged - the cost was in the THOUSANDS!!! And if memory serves.. they caught the kids and they had to pay for all the damage - along with jail time

I didn't expect to be contributing to this post in this way but after finding this when I went out to my car this morning I know how you feel. It's just on the bonnet thankfully and wasn't done to any other sections of the car, not that it makes me feel any better about it of course.
