Welcome to NMSland :approve:

Must say that MkII looks stunning. If I had the cash & the space I'd be in the market for one of those. I spotted one recently on line Oak Green , Big Bumper , PS , 3 owners from new & only 76K for around £3K Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm stunning cars.

Used to have the MK4 1.8T & travelled down to GTi International in Bentwaters Park (Ipswich) in 2003 , 20,000 GTi nutters in the one airstrip , superb

Welcome loafy - lovin the MkII Golf - although I thought the big bumpers were only fitted to the 16v's? No? anyways - great cars - especially the golf ball gear knob :I I had a 1.3 CL which I fitted GTI shock,s wheels and bumpers too - dog slow but you didn't need to break for the corners and at 19yrs old could reasonably afford to insure!! :p
