does anyone have any expert knowledge (or any knowledge at all):)about getting body colour skirts to replace the stupid black plastic? ive seen it done on a few minis and it looks sooper dooper! any thoughts? and how much is it likely to set me back?:)
good example is the silver mini in the "wheels......which ones" thread, its damn sexy i tell u!:p

Well you could get your existing skirts colour coded , or ask Norman for a quote for the aero side skirts which are colour coded.

Whats colour is the car?

I always thought Alan's old S looked really good with black painted skirts, that was dark silver.

also Menzies told me they couldn't colour code the original side skirts and you had to buy the aero ones.

can be done, just too labour intensive trying to flatten the sytface of the origonal ones, so it actualy works out cheaper to buy the aero ones;)
