Yeh - heard that on the radio - it's getting set up around Edinburgh from this week in areas where they can't park the van and at times where the speeding is known to be worst - so late at night or early morning when no-ones aboot!! Gits!

Gotta be something in arguing that the bike was moving in the wind so mis-read the speed!!
