wow ho,just won a cooper s bonnet and xenon headlights from ebay,just need painted and pics will follow,just had to tell someone lol:D

paid £550 for the bonnet,scoop,front grill and xenons,my friend has a body shop and i'm a mechanic,so fitting shouldn't be to hard(i hope these words don't come back to haunt me)

got the bonnet and lights yesterday,lights are fine but the bonnet is dented all over:(,think i am going to go with the original plan and buy a new one fro bmw:cool:

Could you maybe try dent master or something, must be cheaper than a BMW bonnet

any good spray shop will cataloy it all out for u when they paint it as i have had dents taken out of my bonnet before

yeah i know i could have it fixed,but i paid top money for it,so i ain't paying over the odds to have it fixed.just going to buy a new one and have it primed and painted with no repairs.

did the guy on ebay say it was in top condition or alike or did you know it was damaged? surely you can claim for him to refund you for it?

he told me it had LIGHT surface scratches,but it looks like someone has been stabbing it from underneath with a screwdriver! waiting for his reply about a refund.

:( probably been vandalised got a replacement fitted and tried to make a bit of money by lying about how bad it was?

checked the lights today,the inside of one is moving about,found a clip inside to be broken,so sorry to say they will be going back aswell:(

got the light replaced,looking good,but can only get a £50 refund on the bonnet,might need to pay them a visit:blackeye:
