Good Luck ...As long as you have the photographs (road hole -tyre- wheel) etc you will be ok ,as I'm sure you already know ...My neighbours Porsche Cayenne was whacked by a county van as it passed by in a narrow street when we were leaving a house of refreshment ;) ,the wing mirror was blootered /smashed to bits ... the van number taken and the odd sober witness agreed to give details:D:D
Claim in and fingers crossed all will be ok

Ive printed your BBC link out and put it up in the office notice board when nobody was looking. Im going to secretly watch their reaction when they read it.
