Some people have too much time on their hands. What's the writing mean though? Some kind of TV show?

It's a kids TV show in Japan and they show those wee things at the end of each show and at fades from one segment to another.

There are some in there that you can definitely see they got ideas from. It's still brilliant (both these and Honda) as the Honda one was a truly inventive way of advertising a car.
