So how long do you lot think is a reasonable time to wait for a dealer to get back to you after asking a question:question: :(

Depends on the question but 4 hours is reasonable, unless he said it would take ages.

I'd be interested to know which dealer you're waiting for a reply from.

'Cos I've been waiting on IAN AT MENZIES getting back to me for two days on a fairly simple question. Made 5 phone calls to speak to him today and I keep getting told "he's with a customer/in a meeting". No doubt he is, but it's now almost 7pm. Is he still in a meeting?

well I went for a test drive in a Alfa Brera on Monday spoke to the salesman who was going to get back to me re a trade in price. Still Waiting!!!! just as well I decided against one.
