High Mileage

So Mini has been out for a Fair while now..
Just had a though see who has the Highest Mileage.

Oh and Anyone had any M.o.t. Faults.?? things to watch for??

Just over 21000 so I reckon I,m mid table amongst NMS milages.
So far no problems at all (touch wood) and will be bang on 2 years old (June) for the first 'major' service. I did swop front for rear tyes at 14000 miles and will be looking to change all 4 (ouch!!) soon.

Well combined mileage in my MINI's would be around 50-60K but as i've had 3 different ones it doesnae really count! :clown:

74K, passed it MOT last month with no worries,
a few things replaced under warranty mainly in the last 18 months or so.
- radiator (leak - lost coolant)
- water pump (leak - loosing coolant)
- a couple of Radios - (blaring music and wouldnt turn down; and
- ABS pump (faulty - warning light and no ABS),
that about all the major problems i've had -

Ive done 21000 in one year, new gearbox, cracked valve spring, new c.a.t, new exhaust, new boot lid, new glove box and a stupid amount of fuel burned!

mcs is 10 months old and done 31k, only minor issues so overall spot on

Ours had 38k on when it went, no real problems just a couple of minor niggles.

52,000 on my Jan 02 Cooper.

The problems I have had along the way are endless! And now it's looking like I have an incontinent radiator! AAAHHHHHHH!!!

New gerbox, new discs, new power steering pump, new alternator, abs loom shorting out got replaced, and temp gauge stopped working so being replaced soon and strut top bearing seasing so need replacing soon aswell. Apart from that and the amount of fuel that ive burned its fine.
Ps goes through a lot more bulbs than any other casr i know.

just turned 60k on our o2 plate one and had no problems apart from wear and tear discs tyres etc

just passed the 29000 mark 53 plate , minor niggles but lots of them :eek: still love it tho :D

Have had 2 new minis , combined with a mileage of 18,000 miles in about 3.5 years . Dont really drive them just admire them:cool:
